Reviews of London Hotel
The hotel's location was pretty close to train stations and near the city center, which provided easy access to all attractions in London just a tube line away. The proximity to the underground was fantastic and made travelling around the city convenient. The rooms were adequately furnished with tea facilities and had comfortable beds.
The staff was not very friendly or helpful, which detracted from the overall experience.
a huge variety of extra supplies: a fridge, central heating and an electronic key card.
Perfect staff and location, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Moreover, free Wi-Fi is available. It deserves its 3 stars.
The bed was very hard here.
The hotel is located close to several tube stops and within easy reach of plenty of restaurants. The staff are attentive and helpful, lending a phone charger to one guest and being understanding about oversleeping. The room is small but adequate, with tea making facilities and a comfortable bed.
The hygiene left much to be desired. The shower was dirty and mouldy, whilst the sheets weren't changed and had hair on them.
The location of the hotel is amazing - just 2 minutes from underground or 2 stops by bus to marble arch; room rate is good in comparison with other hotels around (and anywhere in london)
Breakfast is too early; rooms are small, there was just one small waredrobe without any hangers
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and their breakfast was enough for me. Even though the room was small but we had pleasant stay. On the other hand, the people gathering outside the hotel for chatting disturbed our Saturday night, we couldn't sleep that night. The rooms were small, so don't bring big laguage with you.
During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy room decor and the comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay that much more enjoyable. The location was prime with easy access to various restaurants and shops.
One downside of my stay was the limited breakfast options. Additionally, the room was smaller than expected, making it difficult to move around with multiple suitcases. it was a decent experience, but improvements could be made in terms of breakfast variety and larger room options.
The hotel is near the main shopping area of Oxford street. However, for the type of hotel, my personal rating a 2 star, the triple room was expensive at £160 per day. It was also a bit small.
The staff at this hotel were outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. They lent me a phone charger and even let me oversleep without extra charge! The hotel is conveniently located close to Paddington station, making it easy to get around. Additionally, the customer service was exceptional.
The room was less than impressive. The bed was on wheels, making it difficult to sleep, and there was no table or reading lamp. The decor was dated and the carpets and tiles were in need of replacing. Additionally, the bathroom facilities and amenities were lacking. Despite the hotel's positives, the condition of the room left a lot to be desired.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my last visit to the city. The hotel location was superb as it was very close to various tube stops, making transportation to different parts of the city incredibly convenient. Additionally, the lady staff member was amazing and made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel also had excellent facilities, and everything was impeccably clean. Lastly, the breakfast was ideal and provided me with enough energy for the day.
Everything was spot on.
The location was good and the staff were friendly
It was a bit dusty and there was a million steps up to the top room! The breakfast wasn't great the milk was warm :(
Good was that shopping street (Oxford str) and Paddington railway station were nearby, good choice if you need a room to sleep, to shower and keep your luggage and belongings. Friendly personnel.
Small rooms, the doors of the hotel rooms could have better locks, shower was a bit poor. Air conditioning(or something like that) in the toilet was very loud, and it went on everytime the lights were switched on, or perhaps we just did not know how to use it...
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the Christmas decorations were lovely. The hotel was located close to a popular tourist attraction and public transportation. The room rates were reasonable for the budget conscious traveler.
The hotel was not up to our expectations. The room was small, dirty and had a bad smell.
The staff were very helpful ,courteous and freindly to the kids
The family room was just too small , far too cramped .
As someone who likes to explore a city, I found the location of this hotel excellent. It's so close to the underground and all the attractions in the city are within easy reach. I also liked the fact that the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered at this hotel was decent. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.
Not obvious to find.
